Katrina Cassidy, Founder and Attorney at Law – Katrina Cassidy is an experienced Texas attorney who has been practicing law in Texas for more than 22 years, with 15 of those years practicing primarily in Assisted Reproductive Law and gestational surrogacy. Prior to focusing in gestational surrogacy, Ms. Cassidy practiced in the areas of civil and commercial litigation for 7 years. Her reproductive law practice focuses exclusively on assisting Intended Parents through the complete gestational surrogacy process. Katrina Cassidy has an insight and empathy into the process from the perspective of the Intended Parents that most attorneys or agencies handling surrogacy do not. This insight was gained through her personal experience with infertility and her own multiple experiences as an Intended Parent in the gestational surrogacy process. Through her own successful experiences, Katrina Cassidy now seeks to guide other Intended Parents through the process in an experienced, compassionate, affordable, and timely manner.

Audrey Keim, Case Worker and Legal Assistant – Audrey Keim has more than 20 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant with the majority of that time spent working with Katrina Cassidy. Ms. Keim also has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Houston. She not only has the education and experience necessary to assist all parties through the process, but offers a personal insight as well through her own struggles with infertility. She has also had many successful experiences with IVF and brings a strong, positive viewpoint to share with Intended Parents and Gestational Carriers regarding the process based on her own experiences.
